All in stock products will ship the next business after the day your order is received. Custom made to order products such as wood dash kits usually ship in 7-10 business days. Custom Auto Sunshades usually ship in 3 business days. In order to provide excellent service we utilize UPS & Fed-Ex shipping service for dash kits and USPS for sunshades. All credit card orders must be shipped to the billing address on the credit card being used for your purchase. If your address has changed please notify your card company prior to placing your order.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of delivery of your order for credit or refund. Restrictions may apply as outlined below. Absolutely no refunds on shipping will be considered. We must be notified of all return claims within 7 days of delivery of your order to be cosidered for return authorization. Prior to returning products to us obtain a return authorization number from us. Products returned without a proper RA# will not be accepted from the shipping carrier. All returns must be prepaid by the customer and insured for the full value. Return restrictions wil apply to non-current model vehicle products.
All products must be returned in original packaging and in uninstalled re-saleable condition. If returned merchandise is not returned in original packaging and in new, complete condition and requires re-packaging we may deny return/refund or at our discretion we may re-package to re-saleable condition and charge an additional charge to cover the cost of re-packaging and handling up to 50% of the purchase price. All returns are subject to minimum restocking fees of 20% unless it was our error. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Non-current model vehicle products are considered to be Special Order Items and may not be returned. Non-current models are considered to be any product that does not fit the current model vehicle at time of purchase. Because custom products are vehicle specific and made to order please make sure to order products that match your vehicles’ year and options. We may under certain circumstances and at our sole discretion authorize a return for non-current model year products ordered in error by the customer and charge a 25% restocking fee. In cases of an error on our part, custom made to order items may be returnable without charge. Same day as order cancellations are accepted if the product has not shipped. A 10% processing fee will be charged. If the product has shipped the order will not be cancelled and you must obtain a return authorization number and return the product once it has been delivered. A 20% restocking fee will apply. No order cancellations on custom products will be accepted on the day it was ordered if the product has shipped out. Any merchandise refused at time of delivery will be charged return freight charges in addition to the applicable restocking fees.
Once the package arrives it is the customers’ responsibility to inspect the items for any defects in material or workmanship, fit and accuracy of order prior to attempting installation. If you have any questions or concerns about your product contact us immediately prior to Installing the kit. No refunds/claims on any products completely or partially installed will be granted, no exceptions. However, if any problems occur during installation spare or replacement pc’s can be purchased for a nominal charge. Packages that appear to be damaged must be reported to the delivering carrier immediately. Damage occurring in transit is the sole responsibility of the delivering carrier. All claims must be made directly to the carrier by the customer. Claims must be made at the time package is received or carrier may not honor your claim.
